Next, you will have the opportunity to make modifications to the design concept that best suits you. Lastly, you will receive a complete design package for approval before moving to production. Timelines for custom pieces vary based on the complexity of the piece and the current backlog. Most pieces take between 6-10 weeks from design approval and receipt of deposit.

Pricing can vary greatly and depends on factors such as materials, complexity of the design, and size. We provide a detailed quote with our design package so you have peace of mind through the entire process. We can work with a wide range of budgets to design and build to your specifications.

Yes! We’ll guide you through style options, materials, and functional features. We also create concept sketches or 3D renderings to visualize your piece before production.

We work with solid hardwoods (oak, walnut, maple, ash, cherry), engineered materials, metal bases, and high-quality hardware. We’ll recommend materials based on durability, style, and intended use.

Yes. We offer local delivery, and for some pieces (like built-ins), we provide onsite installation. Fees depend on location and item size.

Yes. For custom pieces a 50% deposit it required before production begins. This ensure that we can reserve the material for your project.
For our Signature Collection, payment is required at the time of ordering.

Yes. Any of our Signature Collection designs can be customized for dimensions, materials, finishes, and hardware. Contact us before placing your order so we can incorporate your customizations.

That’s our specialty! Everything is built to order, so we can accommodate unique layouts, tight spaces, or custom clearances.

We can arrange crating and shipping across Canada and the U.S. Shipping costs vary depending on size and destination. Due to the nature of our products, shipping may require custom quotes.

We can use inspiration images to design something in a similar style, but we don’t copy proprietary designs. Instead, we’ll create a piece that captures the same look while being uniquely yours.

Most initial consultations (phone, email, or in-person) are free. Full design packages—including drawings, renderings, and samples—are available for a flat fee.

We offer natural oils, hardwax finishes, stains, lacquer, and custom colour matching depending on the project. During the design phase, we will discuss the most appropriate finish for your piece.
